Acceptance
By creating an account or using Fork, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
The Service
Fork lets you nominate restaurants and share them with someone who picks one. Sessions expire after 4 hours. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Your Account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fork. One person, one account.
Acceptable Use
Use Fork for its intended purpose: picking where to eat. Don't use it to spam, harass others, or do anything illegal. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Restaurant Information
Restaurant listings come from Google Places. We don't guarantee accuracy of names, addresses, hours, or availability. Delivery and reservation links are searches on third-party platforms — we don't guarantee a restaurant appears on any given service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Fork is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fork and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
